Pain Management and Wellness Services

Walnut Hill Pain & Wellness provides personalized evaluation and treatment for adults experiencing acute and chronic pain. We treat a range of conditions, including back and neck pain, migraines, sciatica, arthritis, fibromyalgia, sports injuries, spinal stenosis, nerve pain, and pain following surgery or injury.

Because pain affects every patient differently, we develop individualized treatment plans based on your symptoms, medical history, daily challenges, and personal goals. Care may include nonprescription and prescription medications, trigger point injections, PRP injections, and coordination with additional healthcare providers when appropriate.

Whenever possible, our goal is to address the source of pain—not simply mask the symptoms—while helping you improve comfort, movement, function, and quality of life. We accept Medicare, Medicaid, and most commercial insurances, and our caring providers are ready to help you!
